Book Critic Contest

The Young Adult Department of the Palatka Public Library is sponsoring the opportunity to teens and adults to review the Big Read Book, To Kill a Mockingbird. 

Write a review, between 250 and 500 words, just like you would if you worked at the newspaper or television station as a book reviewer.  Make sure that you discuss the characters, the plot, what was liked or disliked, etc.  There might be a paragraph why the reviewer thought the author had written such a book.  A discussion of the impact of the trial and the mental capabilities of the defendant might explain portions of your review.  Also, would you recommend the book or not?
